How to Pay with Crypto

ArbPlay is prepaid in cryptocurrency — no card, no auto-renewal. You pick a plan while signed in, a checkout page shows you an exact amount and an address, you send it from an exchange or wallet, and your access extends automatically once the network confirms — usually within a few minutes.

Before you start

You need three things:

  • An ArbPlay account (the 3-day trial needs no payment details).
  • Somewhere to get crypto — a major exchange account, or coins you already hold.
  • About 10–15 minutes the first time. After that it takes two minutes.

If you have never used crypto before, this is the part that feels intimidating and then turns out to be ordinary. You are doing the same thing as a bank transfer: copying an account number and an amount, and pressing send.

Step 1 — Pick a plan while signed in

Sign in first. Checkout only opens for a signed-in account, because the payment has to attach to your access. Then open pricing and choose a plan:

PlanPriceAccess
Week pass€357 days
1 month€9930 days
3 months€24990 days

If you are new to paying in crypto, the week pass is the low-commitment way to do the whole process once and see that it works.

Step 2 — Get the crypto

You can pay with BTC, ETH and 100+ coins, but USDT is the one to pick if you are unsure. USDT is a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar, so its value doesn't drift between the moment you send it and the moment it confirms. With Bitcoin, a slow confirmation during a volatile hour can leave the received value slightly short.

Two routes to USDT

Exchange — register on a major exchange, pass its identity check, buy USDT with a card or SEPA transfer, then withdraw to the address on the invoice. Slowest the first time because of verification, simplest afterwards.

Existing wallet — if you already hold crypto, swap or send directly. Nothing else needed.

Buy slightly more than the invoice amount. Network fees are charged on top of what you send, and you want the received amount to match, not fall a euro short.

Step 3 — Read the invoice

Choosing a plan sends you to a secure checkout page from our payment processor. It shows you four things that matter:

  1. The coin and network — for example USDT on TRC-20. This is the single most important field on the page.
  2. The exact amount — your euro price converted to crypto at that moment.
  3. The destination address — with a QR code, so you don't have to retype it.
  4. A countdown — the quoted rate holds for a limited window. If it expires, just start checkout again; nothing is lost.

The price is fixed in euro. The crypto amount is whatever equals that euro price at that instant.

Step 4 — Send it

Check the network before you confirm

The same coin exists on several networks. USDT on TRC-20 and USDT on ERC-20 are different rails with different addresses. Sending on a network other than the one shown on the invoice can make the funds unrecoverable — by anyone, including us. Match the network field exactly, every time.

Then: copy the address (use the copy button or scan the QR — never retype it by hand), paste it into your exchange's withdrawal screen or your wallet, select the matching network, enter the exact amount, and send. Most exchanges ask for a 2FA code at this point.

Step 5 — Confirmation and access

After you send, the network needs to confirm the transaction. This is normally a few minutes — TRC-20 is typically fast and cheap, while Bitcoin can take longer when the network is congested.

You don't need to keep the page open. Our processor notifies ArbPlay automatically when the payment confirms, and your access is extended at that moment. You'll land back on the dashboard with a notice that the payment was received and will activate once the transaction confirms.

When it's done, the trial or expired banner disappears and your account shows the new end date. Payments stack — if you top up while you still have days left, the new period is added on top. Renewing early never costs you the days you already paid for.

If something goes wrong

  • The countdown expired before I sent. Start checkout again for a fresh quote. If you had already sent, don't send again — contact us.
  • I sent slightly too little. Underpayments don't auto-complete. Contact us with your order id and transaction hash.
  • I used the wrong network. Stop, don't send more, and contact us immediately with the transaction hash. Some cases are recoverable; some are not.
  • It's been much longer than expected. Check the transaction on a block explorer first — if it hasn't confirmed, that's the network, not us. If it shows confirmed and access still hasn't moved, contact us.

Reach us through the contact form. Include your order id and the transaction hash — with those two, a payment can be traced precisely. A real person answers.

Why prepaid crypto, and not a card

Three practical reasons. There is no card stored anywhere, so there is nothing to leak and nothing to cancel. There are no silent renewals — when your period ends, access stops, and you decide whether to buy more. And card processing for anything adjacent to betting is unreliable in a way that crypto simply isn't.

The trade-off is honest: the first payment takes longer than typing a card number. That's why this page exists. The second one takes two minutes.
