1. What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google we additionally store your Google account identifier — never your Google password. If you link Telegram for alerts, we store your Telegram chat id.
2. Payments
Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. We store only the order reference, plan, amount, and payment status — never wallet keys or card details (we don't accept cards).
3. Usage data
For account security we record login timestamps, IP address, and browser user agent of your most recent login. We use this to enforce the single-active-device policy and to lock accounts after repeated failed logins.
4. What we don't do
We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising trackers, or share your information with bookmakers.
5. Email
We send transactional email only: address confirmation, password resets, and account notices. Alert notifications go to Telegram or in-app only if you enable them.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Email hello@arbplay.app to request deletion of your account and associated data.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
