1. What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google we additionally store your Google account identifier — never your Google password. If you link Telegram for alerts, we store your Telegram chat id. If you write to us through the contact form, we store the name, email address and message you send so we can reply. When you sign up we also record, once, where you came from: the campaign tag of the link you arrived on (for example utm_source=x) or the name of the site that referred you (for example t.co). We use it only to understand which channels bring new users; it is stored with your account and never shared.
2. Payments
Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. Card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are processed by our card payment partner, which acts as the seller of record: you enter your card and billing details on its checkout page, not ours. For either kind of payment we store only the order reference, plan, amount, and payment status — never wallet keys or card details.
3. Usage data
For account security we record login timestamps, IP address, and browser user agent of your most recent login. We use this to enforce the single-active-device policy and to lock accounts after repeated failed logins. When you sign up or log in we also store a random device identifier in a cookie; it is used for account security and so that the free trial can be claimed only once per device. Site analytics are cookieless and aggregated, so they do not identify you.
4. What we don't do
We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising trackers, or share your information with bookmakers. Service providers that run parts of ArbPlay for us (such as hosting, email delivery, payments and analytics) process data only on our behalf.
5. Email
We send emails about your account and the service, which can include occasional updates and offers about ArbPlay. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time with the link in each one. Alert notifications go to Telegram or in-app only if you enable them.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Email info@arbplay.app to request deletion of your account and associated data. If an account that used a free trial is deleted, or its email address is changed, we keep only one-way fingerprints of that address and of the devices and Telegram account it used, which cannot be turned back into them, so the free trial cannot be claimed again.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
