Terms of Service

1. The service

ArbPlay is an information service. It scans publicly available betting odds and surfaces arbitrage opportunities ("sure bets") across bookmakers and betting exchanges. ArbPlay is not a bookmaker, does not accept or place bets, and does not handle betting funds. ArbPlay also offers the Odds HTTP API, a data service for developers (see section 7).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (the legal betting age in Greece) and legally permitted to use sports betting services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any bookmaker or exchange you use.

3. Accounts and access

One account per person. Accounts are limited to a single active device session — logging in on a new device signs out the previous one. New accounts receive a 3-day free trial, which starts when the account's email address is confirmed (signing in with Google counts as confirmed); one free trial per person (per email inbox, device and Telegram account). After that, access is prepaid for a fixed period (week, month, or three months).

4. Payments

You can pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or in cryptocurrency. Card payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record for the purchase; card prices include any applicable VAT. Cryptocurrency payments go through our crypto payment processor and are final once confirmed on-chain. Each payment is a one-time charge that extends your access by the purchased period: access does not auto-renew, nothing is charged again without a new purchase, and ArbPlay never stores your card details. Because access begins immediately, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. No guarantee of profit

Odds change rapidly, bookmakers may alter or void bets, limit accounts, or refuse stakes. ArbPlay provides information only and makes no guarantee of profit. You bet at your own risk and are solely responsible for your betting decisions. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. See our responsible gambling page.

6. Acceptable use

Except as section 7 allows for the Odds HTTP API, you may not resell, scrape, redistribute, or share access to ArbPlay's data or your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Odds HTTP API

ArbPlay also offers the Odds HTTP API at api.arbplay.app, which serves bookmaker odds as JSON files. These terms apply to it, together with the following:

  • Access. You need an API key, issued by ArbPlay or through a subscription on a marketplace (RapidAPI, Zyla API Hub, JoJ API). Each key covers one bookmaker's files by default; a key issued by ArbPlay can cover several bookmakers or a chosen set of files, as agreed with you. Marketplace plans, prices and quotas are set on the marketplace, whose own terms also apply to your subscription. Trial keys are valid for the period we tell you.
  • Your key. Keep it confidential; you are responsible for all use of it. Do not share it or use it to get around rate limits. We may rotate, suspend or revoke a key that is abused, shared or past its term.
  • Permitted use. You may use the data in your own applications, models, analysis and services. You may store the data you collect for your own analysis, and show odds, statistics or other results derived from the data to the users of your own application or service, including one you sell to them. You may not resell or redistribute the raw feed, or substantially all of it, as a data feed or API of your own, or give third parties direct access to it.
  • The data. Odds are collected from publicly available bookmaker odds and served unchanged. ArbPlay is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bookmaker. Availability, coverage, refresh rates and file structure may change and are not guaranteed; odds may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you use the data, including compliance with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of any bookmaker or platform involved. The API does not place bets.

8. Referral program

Every account has a personal invite link (see the referral program page). These terms apply to it, together with the following:

  • Discount. A new account created through your invite link or code gets 10% off its first payment. Each payment carries one discount at most: a referral discount is never combined with a promo code, and the larger of the two applies.
  • Reward. You receive 7 extra days of access the first time an account you invited pays for a plan of 30 days or more. The reward is given once per invited account, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. There is no limit on how many people you invite.
  • Eligibility. A referral counts only if the link or code is used when the account is created; it cannot be added afterwards. Rewards are not reversed if a payment is later refunded.
  • Fair use. Referring yourself, creating duplicate accounts or otherwise gaming the program is not allowed. We may withhold or remove discounts and rewards obtained that way and suspend the accounts involved.
  • Changes. We may change or end the program at any time. Days already added to your access stay.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArbPlay is not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current access period.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
